So, with a fake tree and small to boot, we had to burn a fir scented candle to give us that Christmas feel.
We eventually upgraded our tree and now have one about 4 feet tall. We never thought we would own a fake tree, but when in Korea...
Another one of our traditions is making gingerbread houses each year. We have made them from kits and we have made them from scratch. This year we had to think a bit outside the box! Here in Korea there are a lot of puffed rice snacks. They are sold in stores and also by vendors on the street. I thought they would make perfect building material for "Gingerbread" houses!

A big batch of royal icing, collection of candies from Daiso, and even the lego guys pitched in!
